We have an amazing daughter that's just so cool,
She's earned the admiration of her entire high school.
In fact, she can win every song-singing duel,
Because artistic musical talent is her battling fuel!
She's been on earth now for 16 short years,
And not much longer before her dad sheds his tears,
Because she'll leave the nest to conquer new frontiers.
In dad's whole world, this is really one of his only fears.
With all her talent, grace, and finesse,
They just can't stop her growth or progress,
And though one day she'll be at another address,
They truly wish her all the best success!

It is the year to start running your own show.
You'll be driving all around and to and fro,
And telling those boys it's time for them to go!
